Kaydon has manufacturing facilities in Muskegon, Ohio, South Carolina, and Monterrey Mexico. Kaydon's Muskegon plant manufactures ball bearings and roller bearings for the aerospace, defense, industrial machinery, and heavy equipment markets.
Motley Fool article places Kaydon in its Top 20 underestimated breakout stocks. Six analysts say hold, 3 say strong buy.
We've done OK with it....bought at $32 when it was pretty low, and it's now at about $38. In February they announced that they had purchased all of the outstanding shares of HAHN-Gasfedern GmbH and related real estate and intangible property (“HAHN”) from Ulrich Hahn e.K (whatever that means).
So we can hold this one, or sell it at a very slight profit (around $200) to reduce the number of stocks we own.
